Instructions Regarding UPTET Admit Card
- It is necessary to bring your admit card with you while attending the exam on 02/02/2016.
- The admit card consists details regarding your exam level, examination centre, date & time of exam,Candidate’s Roll Number etc.
- Please make sure all the details on the admit card, are correct and in well manner (Your name, address, photo etc.). If there is some problem then contact on helplines (Given on the homepage).
- Your photo must be clearly visible on the admit card.

Those you who have lost their registration number,if you have your SBI payment slip then goto http://WWW.onlinesbi.com then click on state bank collect tab then accept terms and condition and procced then reprint remittance form then fill your-DOB,mobile no.and date of payment made. An km new dialogue box appears
Then finally click on print.
There you will get your registration no.
