I have some good news for applicants who were facing lot of problems while making challan ( application fee ) to complete their application form against 72,825 vacancies of assistant primary teachers ( trainee ) in Uttar Pradesh (UP) .
Now you can pay your application online with SBI net banking / ATM card .
Procedure to pay your application fee online :-
Through Net Banking
1. Log on to the online portal of SBI :- www.onlinesbi.com
2. Now click on ‘ Payments/Transfers’ . It is given on the top of webpage on left side .
3. On the next page, see for ‘i-collect’ . It is given at the end of webpage on left side .
4. Now next page is dedicated to some terms & conditions; Just check the box at the end of terms and click on ‘Proceed’ .
5. On the next screen; You will see two option just select appropriate answers and click on ‘Go’ .
- State of Corporate/Institution - Uttar Pradesh
- Type of Corporate/Institution - Govt. Department
6. On the next page select ‘ Uttar Pradesh Basic Shiksha Parishad ‘ and click on Submit .
7. On the next screen you have to choose your category general/OBC/SC/ST and then filling after a short form; You will be given your challan number .
Through ATM Card
- Go to www.onlinesbi.com and click on ‘State bank Collect’ . Then select ‘SBI debit card’ and proceed .
- Select state name as Uttar Pradesh & Type as government department .
- Then choose ’ Uttar Pradesh Basic Shiksha Parishad ‘ and click on Submit .
- On the next screen you have to choose your category general/OBC/SC/ST and then filling after a short form; You will be given your challan number .
Note :-
- If you are going to apply in a cyber cafe then do not give your id & password to anyone on other side .
- Always use virtual keyboard given on SBI website .
- If you do not have net banking service then you may apply with you ATM card ( SBI ) . But to complete transaction, you have to first register your mobile phone number with your card in ATM .
- You may apply for net banking service in any SBI account ; It’s free .
- Additional bank charge of Rs. 10 will be deducted from your account .

For all those who have made the payment using SBI ATM facility and are unable to fill the form (Details not yet available error), please have patience as the data will be uploaded today for backlog and hereonward everyday data will be made available the next day.
Regarding Journal No. or transaction ID having alphabets, do not worry. Just ignore the alphabets while retrieving your application form.

Even today on 28/12/12, I am trying to fill my sister’s application form bt same problem still persists. it shows details not available plz try later. How would it be possible to fill the form with such technical error.
One more thing i want to know that suppose my ref. no. is DU00305997… then should i insert 00305997 or it should be 305997?

finally have filled the form paying via ATM. Its very easy process but some time server hangs.

I paid the fees through netbanking on 24 decembet but till today (28 december) the online application system is not working. It gives the error ” Details not available…. Please try later!”. DOnt know when they will update the payment details in server.

GOVT. SHOULD POSTPONE THE DATE OF ONLINE FORM OF TET. BU IF GOVT. WOULD POSTPONE IT WILL NOT BE ANY PROFIT OF GOVT. THAT’S WHY GOVT. DOESN’T POSTPONE THE DATE OF APPLICATION.
