UPTET Candidates are allowed provisionaly – High Court, Haryana

If you have applied for primary teachers vacancy in Haryana ( Recently Advertised ) then there is some good news for you; Punjab & Haryana high court have ordered that TET pass candidates from other state ( Uttar Pradesh (UP) too ) are allowed to take part in the recruitment process provisionally.As we all know, In the eligibility conditions there was written something like this - 

Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) / School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) of Haryana for Primary Teacher.

But ignoring this, many candidates form Uttar Pradesh ( UPTET & CTET pass ) applied for these vacancies and filed a case in Haryana & Punjab High Court; They alleged that state government of Haryana is not following the guidelines of NCTE, according to which, it is must to organize TET exam once a year . No TET exam was conducted in 2012 so thousands of candidates are not eligible for these vacancies  as they didn’t get any chance .

High Court have ordered to publish a notice to allow such candidates provisionally .
