1.00 PM – The next date is 18/12/2012 .

But my photo id card( PAN CARD) belongs to Home address as Punjab , is it valid id in UP.Kindly Reply fast because i have to put it the ID DATA in registration form , also i have not any other photo id card then what is the procedure
