Demand for 10% reservation in 72,825 vacancies by ‘Shiksha Mitra’ – UPTET
‘Shiksha Mitra’ are demanding reservation of 10% in the 72,825 vacancies of assistant primary teachers in the state ( Uttar Pradesh ) . In the advertisement, recently notified for recruitment of 72,825 trainees teachers in primary schools, there is nothing for ‘Shiksha Mitra’ .
They said that there was a reservation of 10% for ’Shiksha Mitra’ ( B.Ed + TET ) in the same advertisement when it was notified by BSP government in 2011; But this time it is not present anywhere in the advertisement .
They further said that they are getting very low salary package since they are posted; Government have to give equal salary as of trainee teachers for 12th months ( not 11 ) .

I don’t think so that the government is going to do any changes in the advertisement now for ’Shiksha Mitra’ . State government is developing different policies for ’Shiksha Mitra’ .

sikshamitra k liye gov. Ne itna kr dia hai k unhe is vacancy me apply krne ki jroort nhi hai. Aur unka by rule 11 month pe auto trmination ho jana chahiye tha to vo us pd pr kaise bne rhe.
Agr vo us pd pr the to unhone B. Ed. Kaise kr lia. Bat rhi pichhlee bhrti ki to usme ki to usme tet nhi thi. By rule sikshamitra tet nhi de skte.
So aap logo ki bhlai isi me hai k 2yr. Ki training krke fulltime teacher bno. Nhi to khi k nhi rhoge. Gud luck!
purane B.Ed. candidates ke liye bhi sarkar ko aarakshan dena chahiye athava Rajishan govt. ki tarah 2marks per year ke hisab se unki merit me add karne chahiye varna unka no. kabhi nahi ho payega.

sarkar ko puran B.Ed. candidates ke liye kuch sochna chahiye .aajkal academic me kis tarah percentage hasil ki jati hai yeh govt. ko bhi achchi tarah pata hai aisa aaj se 15 saal pehle aisa nahi tha.is liye got. ko hamare saath nyay jaroor karna chahiye.Rajisthan me 2marks per year judte jaate hai jis se ek baar sabka no. aayega. mujhe aasha hai ki govt. hamare sath nyay karegi.
Hello! Mr. whosoever, every one has right to expresr his views and put his demand before govt. so don!t get excitet on others demand or views.you have no right to use word like !rubbish! you must have the knowledge that the govt. is made for all not for some.
