UPTET 41,307 Upper Primary (Junior) Teachers Vacancy in UP

The state government (Uttar Pradesh) is going to make a recruitment for 41000+ posts of upper primary teachers (instructor) very soon; This recruitment will be purely on part time basis for 11 months, it’s a big step by state government to reduce the shortage of teachers in government upper primary schools of UP .

Recruitment Process

• The notification regarding this recruitment will be advertised district wise on 25/02/2013.
• Candidates have to apply online for this recruitment .
• A district level, DIET principle headed’, selection committee will select these instructors & the appointment letter will be allotted after approval of DM .
• There will be fix salary of 7000/- pm for 11 months .
• They (Instructors) will teach students in classes from 6th to 8th.
• Total 41307 posts will be filled up 13768 upper primary schools .
• Before posting of selected candidates, a training camp will be organized for 5 days in DIET .

सरकारी उच्च प्राथमिक स्कूलों में संविदा पर तैनात किए जाने वाले अंशकालिक अनुदेशकों का हर साल नवीनीकरण जरूर होगा, लेकिन मनमाने तरीके से उन्हें सेवा से निकालना आसान नहीं होगा। शासन ने नियुक्ति के समय ही कई ऐसे प्रावधान कर दिए हैं जिससे अनुदेशक निश्चिंत होकर जिम्मेदारी निभा सकेंगे। इसके पूर्व नियुक्त शिक्षामित्रों व सर्वशिक्षा अभियान के संविदा कर्मियों को कई आंदोलन के बाद भी तमाम सहूलियतें नहीं मिल पाई हैं। समझा जाता है कि अनुदेशक भर्ती के ये प्रावधान इनके आंदोलनों से सबक लेकर ही शामिल किए गए हैं। शासन ने अनुदेशकों का कार्यकाल 11 महीने तय करने के साथ ही यह भी साफ कर दिया है कि उनकी सेवा अचानक समाप्त नहीं की जाएगी। बीएसए ऐसे कर्मियों को सेवा में सुधार लाने के लिए लिखित सुझाव व चेतावनी दे सकेंगे। यदि गंभीर अनुशासनहीनता की स्थिति में सेवा समाप्ति की आवश्यकता होती है तो बीएसए को पुष्ट प्रमाणों के साथ डीएम से अनुमोदन लेना होगा। इसके बाद ही संविदा समाप्ति का आदेश जारी हो सकेगा। हटाने के लिए अनुदेशक को एक माह का नोटिस भी देना होगा। नवीनीकरण की कार्यवाही संविदा समाप्ति के एक महीने पहले ही शुरू कर दी जाएगी ताकि हर साल एक जुलाई को उन्हें स्कूलों में तैनाती दी जा सके। वर्षों पूर्व नियुक्त शिक्षामित्र आज भी नवीनीकरण में विलंब और समय से मानदेय न मिलने की शिकायत करते रहते हैं।
शासन ने अनुदेशकों का मानदेय जिलास्तर से सीधे उनके खाते में भेजने का प्रावधान कर दिया है। मानदेय उसी बैंक से मिलेगा जहां से उस स्कूल में कार्यरत नियमित शिक्षक को मिलता है। शिक्षामित्र ऑनलाइन मानदेय भुगतान के लिए कई बार प्रदर्शन कर चुके हैं और शासनादेश जारी होने का अभी तक इंतजार है। उपस्थिति, अनुपस्थिति व अवकाश के आधार पर नियमित शिक्षकों की तरह उन्हें हर महीने मानदेय मिलेगा।

Age Limitation

The age of the candidate ( as on 01/07/2013) must be -

• Minimum – 21 Years
• Maximum – 35 Years

Educational Qualification

Art

Intermediate/12th with art subjects AND B.A./Drawing & Painting B.A.

OR

Intermediate/12th with a special degree/diploma in arts from a recognized institution

Health & Physical Education

Graduation and diploma in physical education from a recognized institution by state government.

OR

A degree/diploma in physical education from a recognized university by state government  or equivalent qualification .

‘Karya Shiksha’

• Computer Education – B.Sc. in Computer Science or BCA or ‘A’ certificate from Doak
• Grihshilp and Related Arts – Bachelor in Home Science / Home Economics / Home Science / home art
  Horticulture and fruit preservation -  B.Sc. Agriculture and a special diploma in preservation of fruit
• Agriculture Education -  B.Sc. Agriculture
