Apply for UP B.Ed. Admission 2013 | Online application form Uttar Pradesh Bed

The process for admission to B.Ed. colleges in UP (Uttar Pradesh) is started, a combined examination, ‘JEE – B.Ed.’ will be conducted by Gorakhpur University as an entrance exam; You can apply online if you wish to appear in this examination, here are the steps to do so :-

Registration

The very first step to apply for this exam is ‘Registration’; Just click on ‘Candidate Registration’, on the next screen, there will be a online form .You have to fill up your name, father’s name, DOB, domicile, cast category, exam centers & qualifications etc. there .

• After submitting this information, you will get a 9 digit registration number, keep this reg. no. safe it will be needed for further processing .

Get Your E-Challan & Pay Application Fee

• Just click on ‘Print E-Challan’ and get your challan on a A4 size paper out .
• Now get this challan to nearest C.B.S. branch of Allahabad bank and submit/pay your challan; The clerk on the other side of counter, will give you a challan slip with ‘Transaction id’ printed on it
• Please make sure that transaction id is printed clearly on it .
• Application fee is rupees 900 for general/OBC candidates & rupees 400 for SC/ST candidates .

Online Application Form Submission

Next day, click on ‘Submit Application Form’; To proceed further, you have to submit  Reg. No., Transaction id & DOB . Now fill up the application form ( Please be careful) and click on ‘Submit’ . On the next screen, you have upload your latest Black & White Photo & Sign .

• Photo must not exceed the size of 22 KB, the limit is 10 KB for signature image; Both should be in.jpg format .

Now take a print out of your application form & address slip, and do these things :-

• Affix the same photograph on the application form at right place . The photograph should be same (B&W) which you have uploaded in digital form .
• Signature of your father/guardian & you of course  . Sign with black pen .
• Left hand thumb impression at the right place .

Send Your Application Form (Final Step)

Send the your application form + E-challan (University Copy) in a envelope, Instead of writing the address of university, just paste the print out of address slip on the envelope .

• Send your application form with registered post only .
• Do not send any kind of certificate with your application form .
