Finally UP government is going to release the advertisement notice for the recruitment of 72,825 assistant primary teachers in the state . According to a newspaper ( Jagran ), the advertisement will be notified on 7th December 2012 ( 05/12/2012) .

Candidates alleged that SP government is delaying the recruitment process without any reason, they said that the government wants to take the advantage of this recruitment in the next elections in 2014 . Some of those candidates filed a case against the behavior of the government and the Allahabad High Court ordered to release the advertisement before 07/12/2012 in any case .

The advertisement consists of all the details regarding recruitment of 72,825 primary teachers in Prishadiya Vidylaya by elementary education council Uttar Pradesh .

As we know, due to an appeal by UP government; NCTE have extended the date of recruitment of B.Ed. degree holder for the post of assistant primary teacher to 31 March, 2012 so the government is planning to recruit B.Ed. candidates according to the ‘ GUNAK-merit/”>GUNAK merit formula ‘ .

Number of vacancies

There are total 72,825 vacancies of assistant primary teacher in the state .

eligibility Conditions

The candidate must be eligible to apply for these vacancies; And the eligibility conditions are following .

Educational Qualification

You must have the following degrees -

• Gradauation
• B.Ed. ( Bachelor of Education )

age Limitation

The age of the candidate is limited from 21 to 40 years . A maximum relaxation of 5 years is available for reserved categories and 10 years for physically handicapped (PH) candidates .

Selection Procedure

Yesterday in the Cabinet meeting; It was decided that there is need of amendment in ‘ Adhyapak Seva Niyamavali, 1981 ‘ , according to which only BTC candidates were allowed to appear for the recruitment of assistant primary teachers .

But, now after amendment; B.Ed/B.Ed.(Special)/D.Ed(Special) + TET pass candidates will be directly recruited on the post of assistant primary teacher as a trainee . They will be given a net salary of rupees 7,300/- ; And after special training of 6 months, they will be working as a permanent employee .

Selection of the candidate will be based on his/her academic performance ( GUNAK-merit/”>New GUNAK Merit ) :-

1. High School Percentage – 10%
2. Intermediate Percentage – 20 %
3. Graduation Percentage – 40%
4. B.Ed Percentage – 30%

Note :-

Only those candidates who are living in Uttar Pradesh (UP) since 5 years, will be allowed to appear for the recruitment . You have to produce ‘ Niwas Praman Patra’ in front of selection board later .
